The picture is a little blurry but it looks like maybe a gold tooth (I always wanted to get a gold tooth - maybe I will) & I'll guess that it's Mistress Zhao completely nude & Mistress Sunya is hangin' out in black stocking feet.

Oh, wait a minute, at first I thought maybe a gold tooth, but now as I look again, maybe braces? And I'm hoping They both have Their shoes off.
