I'm watching you too!  I think that's the guy from Hardcore Pawn

That looks like Hardcore Pawn, a peek inside a Detroit pawn shop. It's as horrible as it sounds.

OMG that's right! I remember listening to the episode in the background while I was romping around the house. Some guy pawned a fake watch and the (adult) kids mocked their father for getting duped. The father calls the guy back under the guise of buying another (fake) watch.  The guy returns and claims he didn't know they were fake. Such TV BS. LOL (whole lotta letters there)
