I had to research guasha because I was completely unfamiliar with it.  I hope it was not as painful as it looks.  Based on my limited reading, too much pressure may have been applied to the skin scraping in your case.

They didn't even put much pressure to my skin, it was bc of the dampness I had in my body. The more ppl have it, the more "sha" ppl will get. Also I'm a woman and I have pale skin
