I just remembered. In the early days I spilled all the naughty stuff that I did. You gave me a beating that just stopped hurting last week. I've learned to keep my mouth shut. Dannyboy

Quite intimidating. I have to go back to a 1955 film "The Untamed" to see thousands of Zulus preparing to attack a wagon train to see a more intimidating face-off of opponents. Dannyboy

Anyone who has ever been in therapy or group therapy can remember the time when they spoke of a dream and asked the therapist or the group what the dream meant. Invariably the answer was "what do you think it meant?" In my case it is so obvious that I miss long distance running. What else could it be? In your case it has to be that Jessy didn't offer non-alcoholic beer at her bar. The part about having two simultaneous solo sessions brings to mind an actual case of a Mistress booking two separate sessions with clients and going back and forth as well. I will not name the dungeon or the Mistress. You'll have to read my memoirs when they go on sale. Dannyboy

I had a weird dream last night that didn't occur in the Fortress but Mina Jung was a central figure. There was a marathon relay race with 4 runners on each team. Each runner would have to cover just over 6 1/2 miles and hand off the baton to the next runner. I led off for my team and then found myself in a room with a tv and a bed. Mina and I were on the bed watching the race as it progressed. I told her how exhausted I felt but I had to push beyond the pain because I couldn't let my team down. She massaged my leg muscles for a bit and then looked me in the eyes and said "Danny................I love you." At that moment I felt that my dreams came true but she seemed shocked by what she said. She turned red and told me she should not have said that and didn't know what got into her at that moment. I suggested that her true feelings may have surfaced and she could not resist the impulse to express them. In the dream I had the feeling of completeness at that moment. Then the dream went somewhere else that I can't recall. I often forget dreams except greatly disturbing dreams. I woke up very groggy since I took allergy meds when I went to sleep. I feel emotionally drained as I often do after this kind of dream. It was disturbing even though it was beautiful. I think of a Roy Orbison song "In Dreams" .....But just before the dawn, I awake and find you gone.... ....It's too bad that all these things, Can only happen in my dreams. Only in dreams, in beautiful dreams. Dannyboy

Saw Deliverance. Don't intend to paddle a canoe in Georgia anytime soon. Dannyboy

SW: The only film I remember about a drummer is "The Gene Krupa Story" and I had the good fortune to see him perform live over 50 years ago. Dannyboy
-
Ray: I don't remember that one. Perhaps I'll check into it. Mad Magazine presented a cartoon showing the Lone Ranger and Tonto surrounded by thousands of Indians. He says to Tonto: Looks like we've had it kemosabe. Tonto responds "What you mean 'WE' white man?" Dannyboy
-
Ray: Pure coincidence that you asked that question. I remember attending a number of professional basketball games at the armory on Lexington Ave including a playoff game. That's how unimportant the Knicks were to the old Madison Square Garden when other seasonal events took place. That was when Dick Barnett played for the Syracuse Nationals along with Dolph Schayes. Remarkable how a film from 1955 over 60 years later spurs connections purely random. I guess that's the definition of random. Dannyboy

Watched reruns of "The Lone Ranger" hoping to find the scene where Tonto says to the Long Ranger "What you mean 'WE' white man?" I found it in "MAD" magazine so many years ago but never in an actual episode. Crushed. Dannyboy

Still not bored. I realized though that in the Northern Hemisphere we have already passed the Vernal Equinox. It would not be fair to seek the coldest place on Earth without visiting the Southern Hemisphere. In Barrow, Alaska, the temp is 1 degree fahrenheit. A reading in Antarctica is -28 F. Not remarkable. I'd rather be talking about the Dodgers or the Mets. Frankly I'd rather be talking about how my young lady missed her period. I want to out-perform the President since I am not old enough to out-perform Tony Randall. That would be very difficult in the best of circumstances. But I am not bored. Maybe crazy but not bored. I tried playing Russian roulette solitaire and lost twice. I don't care to make it 3 out of 5. Not bored but still crazy after all these years. Lucky I have a very thick skull. Dannyboy

And so it came to pass that my young lady met me at the train station, got into my car and told me she had to pee. We couldn't get to a bathroom so I drove to a dead end wooded street by the train station and she squatted by the passenger side and relieved herself. I did stand near her to block the view of anyone who might have walked near us and I did get a nice view of her beautiful ass. I can't wait for the end of the quarantine so we can have the house for ourselves. Then we can be more creative with her golden nectar. Dannyboy

Dear Mina: I thought I knew you, what did I know? I didn't copy or retain my full results but we are connected through Grey's Anatomy and Lord of the Rings, at least. Dannyboy -

I watched "Them" last night. It was one of the first sci-fi horror movies I watched and it has to still be in the top 5 of my life. Dannyboy

That so reminds me of a cartoon with a cow and a butterfly collector. He sang a song "Butterflies, butterflies, I'm a collector of butterflies. I swing my net and catch them as they flutter by. Horseflies, shooflies, fireflies and time flies for I'm at my best, when I'm in a nest of butterflies..........." I must have seen it in the '50's and it bounced in my head for all that time. There was something then that made a troubling impression on me. Now I have to find it or I can never die in peace. Dannyboy

Ray: I don't remember if I saw that one. There were a number of good ones that year: American Graffiti, The Sting, Serpico et al. Dannyboy

SW: I was referring to his demise by stepping on the third rail in Pelham 123. His actual death at age 51 and the circumstances was shocking as well. I did borrow from bond. Dannyboy
