Sorry for the late in the game response.
My personal routine changes because its important to surprise your body if you want the best results. I tend to rotate between kick boxing, pilates, yoga, spin, and TRX. I always add a warm up run, squats, and push ups on my daily workouts. To be honest, you don't have to de much to stay in shape- its mostly diet anyways.
In session, it fun to do fantasy wresting as well as boxing and of course "Gym Perv" scenarios. I have a killer leg hold!
