  13. Went to Chef Mitsuru's Omakase the other day. Super fresh, 18 courses. Didn't include pics of the hand roll at the end and sweet cake, I believe it was Japanese Castella Cake- so good. Top Left- Fried eel bone. Top Right- Otoro. Bottom Left- Seared eel over rice (mixed together yourself). Bottom Right- Striped sea bass. Top Left- Seabream. Top Right- Jack mackerel. Bottom Left- Mackerel. Bottom Right- Ebi. Top Left- Ocean trout. Top Right- Hotate. Bottom Left- Blue fin tuna. Bottom Right- Toro. Top Left- Seared toro. Top Right- Oyster. Bottom Left- Hokkaido uni. Bottom Right- Seared eel.
