Jacob- I'm glad you enjoyed yourself, and I do hope I see you again :-) Thank you for posting the name of the filmmaker and I will definitely be on the lookout for those titles - in fact I'm going to go look them up now!! xo Choi

Thank you, everyone, for your responses :-) Hound_Dog - Yes, Literotica definitely has some gems, but most of it is run-on sentences and bad grammar. I've found that I like www.asstr.org as well, but they are harder to search for particular things. I will take a look for Legacy of Cain next time I go to Barnes and Noble. Thanks for the suggestion! Mistress Ahn - How could I have left out Anaïs Nin? Thank you! And yes, shelving is something I must invest in - having crates of books stacked up against the wall is so very unsexy! Not to mention a physical hazard if a stack were to topple. mustanggt - Biff, don't lie! We all know you're not literate! :-P Mistress Ree - The "Beauty" trilogy - my reading list is getting longer and longer. I should just give in and get a Kindle, or that new eBook reader that Barnes and Noble is selling now. I'm amused about how you went about hiding your smut-reading from your parents! My parents actually bought me the fantasy books with the more softcore stuff in them as rewards for reading the summer reading list they assigned me. Come to think of it...I am fairly sure that my father bought me Kushiel's Dart - I hope, very much, that he didn't actually realize what it was about... harveytworm - Howdy stranger! You didn't stray too far from the path here. It sounds like you read the way I do - when I read, if I'm enjoying the subject matter, it tends to play in my head like a movie where I play whatever part is the most intriguing to me. I can't say I ever read Piers Anthony for the sex scenes, but I do think that the sci-fi/fantasy genre goes into sex scenes more than say, John Saul or Terry Pratchett. When I was younger, I definitely took the scenes that were appealing to me and made them into more elaborate scenarios in my head at night. Regarding your thoughts on your deviant light bulb switching on, thank you for sharing that with me. It makes me wonder about my childhood male friends and how we always played superhero games...lol. Also, I love when news channels alert the public to possibly corrupting things in order to warn them, and have it backfire so splendidly! Consideringasession - Thank you for your suggestion - again, my reading list grows! I hope that we see you in our hallowed halls soon :-) akiravn1 - First exposure...what about more recent exposures? I thank the authors too, and if I ever write my memoirs I shall be sure to acknowledge them all :-P Funnily enough, I think that all of the erotic and/or BDSM themed books that I've encountered, save the Marquis de Sade, are women. Girl power! xo Choi

As many of you may know, I am rather partial to reading. Books have always been a large part of my life - even now, my collection grows too large for my apartment! I find that since I was a somewhat introverted child, I took solace in, and lived vicariously through, books. Historical fiction, classics, science fiction, you name it. I went through a brief phase in the 5th grade where I snuck off and read Harlequin novels in the public library, but I was unsatisfied with those flowery tales of damsels in distress being rescued by smoldering, unlikely ladykillers. I discovered V.C. Andrews and Anne Rice when I was 12. While V.C. Andrews is perverse in her own right, with not only novels but series of incest and, in some cases, force, I found Anne Rice to be wonderful. She combined fantasy with erotic images, and covered a wide variety of couplings. Of course, between the Vampire Chronicles and her erotic novels under the pseudonym Anne Rampling, I found some of my first fantasy scenarios. In high school, Jacqueline Carey came to my attention with her first trilogy about an alternate France where the law of the land was "Love as thou wilt", regardless of sexual orientation or proclivities. There, I think, is where the BDSM spark was really lit for me. The heroine of the trilogy is, in essence, a pure masochist while the antagonist is an exquisite sadist. Now, walking through Barnes and Noble, it comes to my attention that there are few "educational" books in the Sex and Relationships section on straight BDSM (yes, there are Tips from a Dominatrix! and 2 Knotty Boys books sometimes). In the Fiction and Literature and Sci Fi/Fantasy sections you will find works from the Marquis de Sade, Pauline Réage, Laurell K. Hamilton, and of course the other authors I've mentioned. On top of that, who knows what smut I haven't found yet! While the fictional books aren't all just straight-up scenes, there is most definitely a BDSM influence running through them. Why mention this in connection with childhood? I believe that being exposed to these lovely works of fiction, starting at a young age, influenced my thoughts and desires and is very possibly why I am who I am now. I would say it was subliminal, that I innocently read these books and then one day accidentally found out that I was deviant - but I know that I began to seek out books that had BDSM inspired scenes. Does anyone else feel this way about something that they've read in connection to their BDSM thoughts? If not, do you have a favourite work of erotic literature? xo Choi

Zadok, I think that when the format of the forum changed, some data may have been lost, as I cannot view the pictures either, and I posted them in the first place! Perhaps Mistress Kang will have an answer :-)

Oh, exercise balls as chairs. I remember a few years back when all the magazines like Cosmo and Shape were promoting the use of exercise balls as chairs. Oh, it does wonders for your core stability, blah blah blah. Your posture will improve, etc. Somehow, I don't think that's quite the case. I do enjoy sitting on them (I actually had one in my apartment for a couple of years as a chair when I ran out of them)...but I don't think that they're very good at helping your posture or your core just by sitting on them instead of a normal chair. However, the sexercise ball...well...that could be much more interesting! And those balls are just so fun to bounce up and down on...

Dannyboy, Let me add my appreciation to Mistress Jung's - this was very sweet, and very unexpected. Thank you so much! I hope that I get to see you more in the new year :-) Have a safe New Year's celebration!

Dear Mistress Choi, It sounds a bit heinous. i know this doesn't concern spockme, but are there rewards for correct spellings? lashee, Of course there's a reward - you don't receive punishment  (On a side note, wow, I am starting to notice that I am using the "twisted" face way too often...hmmm)
-
>.< You would think that he would learn how to use the built in spell-check!! Some people just don't get it I guess :| Plagirice? Mistress Choi will not be happy with this one.
-
spockme LOVES spelling games!! Don't you?
-
EXCUSE ME?!?! You WISH you had that kind of power!! We all know that you don't though ^.^

Is it a form of Cheating on Your Mistress?
Mistress Choi replied to MisterWinerack's topic in Fortress Guest Forum
Nah, even Slutty Pussy has morals....somewhere... What about her cousin Slutty Pussy? LOL -
Hmmm...I'm confused too! Mistaking words in a song (which I do allll the time) isn't quite the same as making an analogy. That analogy, by the way, was your mom's cousin talking about...girl parts? Now, vaguely related to this:

Spa Castle was soooo much fun!! I don't think I've ever been so consistently wet during such a long period of time!
-
Ray, I am definitely one for spelling!! Especially in this day and age where there are spell checks built into pretty much everything, including the forum "post a reply" page. Why, only today did Mistress Jung and I play a lovely spelling game! ^.^
-
lashee- I love hearing updates on the marks that I and Mistress Tan left! You did, however, spell fiery incorrectly! You know what that means, don't you? ^.^

Is it a form of Cheating on Your Mistress?

forteounce - I can't believe you would suggest such a thing!! Hello Kitty is a good girl - and she certainly wouldn't cheat on me with you :-P -
Is it a form of Cheating on Your Mistress?
Mistress Choi replied to MisterWinerack's topic in Fortress Guest Forum
MisterWinerack, I personally do not see it as cheating if a sub that I've seen goes to another Mistress. A good BDSM relationship is based on chemistry, just as any vanilla relationship is. If it isn't there with one, there is nothing wrong with trying a new one out. One may sort of feel it with a Mistress, but still be looking for something a little bit different - don't hesitate to explore. As a switch, I can understand the desire to try other Dom(mes) and the ensuing internal conflict about whether or not it is cheating. Your desires will develop over time, and you may discover later that you have fantasies that your Dom(me) cannot fulfill. If you were to enter a lifestyle Domme/sub relationship, it wouldn't be quite so easy to sample the wonders of other Dommes, but here at the Fortress you are more than welcome to do so. So, long story short, follow your desires! Try new things! Mix and match! :-) -
lashee- Since when do you have the will to resist anything? Silly man! ^.^ I'm so glad that you had fun with both of us - we must do it again soon! I still have no idea why you're so convinced that Mistress Tan is Russian - she looks Filipina to me! Also, I have many Russian friends, and they don't sound much like her at all. forteounce- Deviant? At the Fortress? Never!!!

Dixie was way underprepared. It was fun until he cried mercy. I'm not used to having to baby someone into continuing on - even when we lightened up on him he was still asking for mercy at intervals! Perhaps it was his recently sick state, but I do believe he bit off more than he could chew. If you're considering coming in for a session, you should make sure that you're not sick or just recovering! It slows everything down, and that's just no fun!
-
It certainly wasn't!!
-
Ray, As a professional switch, yes, I think that I would hypothetically do this session of a male top with a male sub if I didn't know them so long that it happened here at the Fortress where my virtue is safe :-) It would be an interesting spin on things for me. However, this is purely HYPOTHETICAL gentlemen :-) If I were truly faced with this session, I would probably be a bit apprehensive.
-
LOL Ray! Helping me double team your saviour - isn't that wrong on so many levels??
-
Ray, To sort of answer your question, if the opportunity ever came up, I would do a session with multiple subs. Has it happened for me personally? No. However, let me draw your attention to the fact that I am a switch. I have sessioned as a sub or switch with another sub under one of our lovely Mistresses here at the Fortress. These types of sessions have actually been some of my favourite! So, while I didn't have a real answer to your question, maybe this will spark the imagination :-) xo Choi
