Indeed! It’s been far too long, but don’t worry, I’ve got some scenarios that I’ve like to get out of my head and made reality in the near future.

I’m flashing back to my first Double Domme session with Mistresses Von Dietz and Jin. They were my personal trainers for a really hard (pun intended) two hour workout session that I’ll never forget.

Hahaha…..for a second my dumb-ass thought you two played Dungeons & Dragons for a session. now that I think about it, there might be something there.

Well now I’m curious….what kid of questions did Mistress Westwood ask? and what therapy did she recommend and/or administer?

On your knees is always a good place to start, but from there it can obviously vary greatly. Personally, I prefer to focus on my feeling exposed and vulnerable during a session so being on my knees, with knees spread wide and my hands behind my back OR being on my knees, head down and ass up always puts me in a good space (nervous, yet excited) before the door opens and the Mistress enters.

All of my sessions at the Fortress have included plenty of face slapping and copious amounts of spit. Of the current ladies at the Fortress that I’ve sessioned with, Mistress von Dietz had the firmest hand and the tastiest spit. ?

I’ve had just one double session with Mistress Von Dietz and Mistress Jin playing the role of fitness instructors whipping me into shape…literally. And then Mistress Zito popped in to say hello and check on my progress. Definitely the most intense session I’ve ever had in my admittedly limited sessioning experience.
