Mistress Angel Feng, Doing a 115lbs squat, damn you have some strong legs! I don't if I am cheating by doing a seated leg press, instead squats. Everyone was on the machines that I could do a standing squat last time I was in the gym in the morning. Maybe you can get me to do some push-ups next time we play together. I definitely want to stay healthy and strong. I want to continue to stand with women, and fight back against misogyny, and fight racism, such as fighting back against all that Asian hate in COVID and post-CoVID. if I could be submissive and strong like a soldier, knight, and still a cat🐈 in these times, especially in these next 4 years, that is what I want to strive for. Mistress Feng, I am glad you are getting some healthy workouts in too. I am happy to report that I have been doing a healthy amount walking. My Fitbit recorded close to 20 miles of walking last week. I am noticing modest gains strength across all muscle groups. I got in a good full body workout today. Some exercises like calf raises don't require much weight to feel a burn. I hope that I can show up strong and healthy, and bring a fun a session for you'll. I still cannot do 10 sets of 10 push-ups without the last few sets on my knees, but I am working toward that goal of 10X10 without dropping my knees. Cheers, Kit Cat

The three day sentence might be more like a vacation. Of course, I would hope that you would get to shower every day, and eat. I hope that you would get bathroom privileges too. You could get mercilessly lashed with a whip. But, for the sake of civility having the right to poop in those three days just fits into Safe, Sane, and Consensual. Even if it was on puppy pads.
