Had a rough year but back on the routine now:
lift2-4 times a week pending on cycle
run: 3-5 times a week, totaling 15-45 miles
cycle: 3-5 times a week, totaling 50-300 miles
eat healthy, have a farm and raise most of our own food and a house on a lake where I’ll fish for the rest. Have a few fetish rooms here could always use some extra play time 😉
