The Amazing Dr. Clitterhouse. Thought it was a porn movie. Turned out to be a 1938 film starring Edward G. Robinson, Claire Trevor and Humphrey Bogart. Going stir crazy.

Haven't seen that in years. I watched 5 episodes of the 1960's series Combat with Vic Morrow and Rick Jason over the weekend. I may have reached the bottom today by watching The Brain That Wouldn't Die.

He was Sheriff Bart in Blazing Saddles "Scuse me while I whip this out"

Is he really LOL

I still think it's worth separating the artist from the art. He's nowhere close getting "cancelled" by me.

No, I was kidding. What he did just reminded me of that quote. Separating the artist from the art is sometime necessary rationalization.

I remember Vic Morrow from Blackboard Jungle. Just watched Lolita. Hard to believe that Sue Lyon died recently.

The Long Good Friday ,with Bob Hoskins who was great as a London crime boss. The ending is great with a young Pierce Brian. No dialogue, just reactions for a about a minute and a half. Excellent.

I am binging two shows.

Fauda ( Israeli Palestinian counterterrorism drama)  30 min episodes

Bordertown (Finnish crime drama with a Columbo kind of character).  I know I am dating myself with that reference. 1 hour episodes.

Just started watching Homecoming on Amazon Prime. I'm liking it. Anyone watching it too?

My Department head works on this show.  It's pretty good.  Sam Esmail (Creator of Mr. Robot) directs this.  He's going to be writing and directing the new Battlestar Galactica.

The Mr Fabulous scene and n the restaurant was great. Did you recognize the waiter?

HA! I've never seen the movie but just found a video of this scene. About ten years ago he was doing some publicity tour in my neighborhood. I was looking out (down) my window and saw him. He looked up and we locked eyes, then he said "WiLl YoU mArRy Me?!". So now according RuLeS I'm Mrs. Herman.

Ha that's great. I love Pee Wee! He was also in some Cheech and Chong movies. The old joke from 20 years ago, name 2 people shot in the back of the head in theaters. Abraham Lincoln and the guy sitting in front of Pee Wee Herman. Do you think when he was jerking in the theater that he was making this crazy sounds and laughs..HEH HEH HEH HMMMMM!

Everyone was like ohhhhhhh shiiiitttt!

The Laser Shows at the planetarium were cool. Laser Zeppelin and Laser Floyd. Looking down the aisle and looking at my friend's watching the show with black basketballs for eyes and mouths gaped open in amazement. The subway ride home was  also always interesting.

I always discus this with with one of my best friends.  Gene Kupra and Buddy Rich are both Amazing!  In rock terms, it's Keith Moon and John Bohnam.  Bonham has the technique and Moon has the spirt, in my opinion!  We can not compare.  The individuality in playing make them unique.

Watched "From Here to Eternity" and remembered the scene from The Godfather where Tom Hagen said to Jack Woltz "Give Johnny Fontaine a part in that new war movie......"

That was the movie and Frank Sinatra got that part.

I tried to watch Space Force on Netflix last night and could not get into it.  Got my sister and her boyfriend addicted to Ozark though.  And I thought my girlfriend/lover was going to hate The Expanse but both her and her Slave (She's staying with him right now.) love it!
