It was awesome to see you back in my exam room, after all of these years! 
You were such a lovely patient, didn’t cry or complain once.
Maybe just a little begging, but that is completely acceptable! 

I’m thinking that I need to refer you to my personal trainer, Helena, for a follow up session-(You mentioned that you only run one day a week!) 

She is excellent at conditioning the body, in her own special way.  ?

Nursing, yum.  Maybe it's this long (and finally winding down) psychological trauma of covid.

You might want to get that looked at.  Would hate to see this progress to where it really is a problem.

What types of activities are suitable for an exam.? Thinking real hard about doing one of these medical exam sessions. To have a beautiful doctor poke and probe you seems like a real turn on. Part of my fantasy involves their discovering a problem that needs to be addressed with various tools.
