Predicament bondage or strict restraint

Which is more preferred strict restraint or predicament bondage?

I should have expanded. Definite seen some predicament out there which seems quite enjoyable for the sub, but once set up is it as enjoyable for the mistress? Strict restraint seems a mistress may have more fun, with the continuance of tease / torture / humiliation. I'm assuming they can be tied together also.

Can I just say yes to both?  Bondage is my favorite activity in session.  I don’t really have a preference in how it is done as long as the Mistress is happy.  I suppose some of the happiness comes from what she can do once I’m appropriately helpless.

I love both but something about placing my subbie in bondage feels rewarding. My favorite is when I tie both legs and arms to the table in a star fish position~

In my opinion, it is the act of bondage in general which is enjoyed. The applications of bondage are preferential of course but they all still end with the sub being restrained and the mistress having control over them. I've enjoyed both strict and situational bondage. Especially the teasing that can be done.
