Hosted a New Year’s Eve dinner! Made by yours truly! The menu consisted of a Baguette plate as appetizer; classic bruschetta, Britt’s with prosciutto with balsamic glass, and a garlic and herd spread with prosciutto. Caprese salad as a started. Followed by Maple Brussel sprouts with bacon and Smash potato’s with a compound butter as sides. Last but not least and reverse seared prime rib! Can you guess how long the whole cooking process took?! 😇

Hmmm... not including cooking time, so just active prep time, i would guess 3 hours? Also going to assume the mozzarella was bought and not made, cause that'd be a huge timesuck.

Including cooking time, I'd guess 5 hours. Impressive work foodie 👍
