Tips and Suggestions for a First timer (session booked) at FF

Hello everyone, would love to get your tips/suggestions/recommendations for a first timer who's booked a session at the FF.

Ooh, I'm excited for you! Honestly, best tip I can really offer is to poke around the forum a bit. Idk who you'll be sessioning with, but take a look around and see if they've posted their preferences for the session I know some mistresses don't like when you wear cologne, some have a preference for how you greet them, etc. 

Is this your first session ever? If it is, don't be nervous! You're in great hands with the Mistresses!

Congrats on taking the plunge.  Number 1 thing is to be honest with your mistress with what got you interested in the first place.  Then trust her and enjoy the ride.  You will be able to provide feedback in session so if something isn’t going just right you can communicate that as well.

I also highly recommend 2 hours for sessions as 1 just flies by and you will wish you had it.  But that is up to you 😊

Thank you!! The session is with Mistress Von Dietz. I have sessioned with multiple Mistresses in the past but this is the first time at the Fortress 😊

Thank you. Is the communication on Interests done over email prior to the session or in-person before the start of the session?

Before the session starts the Mistress will go over any interests or session requests in your initial email. Then you both can communicate any further interests you would like in the session along with the all important safe word. You are in good hands. The Fortress Dommes are the best in NYC. A reputation rightfully earned. I need to return but a physical injury limits me.

You can send your interests and session requests to booking and they will share with the Mistress, though unless you're doing a specific roleplay and it would break character, it doesn't hurt to relay them in-person at the start of the session too.  Though if you want to be on your knees with your face down when she enters the room (which is a nice traditional start), it can be a little tricky to start a conversation about preferences/limits.

theDumbMule hit it right on the head, communicate up front and then try to relax and let MVD run the show.  I don't know of personal preferences she has, but make sure you are clean (this can be very important depending on what type of play you are planning).

Just went through an earlier post on Session Protocol regarding how Mistresses recommend being Greeted when They enter the room. I guess once the Mistress see the sub in that position (kneeling face down ass up), She will take over control from then on, do the required communications on preferences/limits etc. and set the tone for the session.

Doing your homework here on the forum prior to your first visit, & even after that, is one of my favorite ways that you could begin preparing for me.
