I'm back on the gym train after a fall off due to family, work, and stress. Used to hit push, pull, legs, 6x a week, had one rest day. Now I'm taking it slow with 3x a week full body split. Cardio every other day. 8 week program I wrote out. After that I'll do an upper lower split 4x a week. Aiming to trim back down to 225 first and if I still wanna lean out more 190-200. I'm expecting some strength loss but aiming to keep it minimal as the weight comes off.

Five mile walks five days a week. 100 sit ups per day. 5 sets of planking for one minute. Farmers walk with fifty pound dumbells five times until failure. High fiber diet so I consume less calories. Since Aug 1 I have lost 36 pounds.

Your body must be amazing. Farmers walk are not common and builds functional muscle-y look which I love.

Thank You for the kind words. I doubt I look amazing. lol. I have a thin frame. There is an absolute difference in how I feel physically and mentally by cutting out all processed food and dedication to fitness.Β

I always follow my workouts with lots of protein: ground beef, eggs, and cheese (always sourced from regenerative farms so its good for me and the environment).Β 

Subs who want to please me should always take care of themselves and our planet too.
