Pickle Brine?

Recommended Posts

Years back young Met's pitcher Nolan Ryan had problems with blisters on his pitching hand. The team had him soak his hand in pickle brine to toughen up his skin. Hmmm, I wonder if sitting in the stuff will help me with my upcoming session.

Ray,

If you wish to toughen up your skin then you need to use the tried and true method. When the RCMP first started out as the NWMP, the recruits were instructed to rub rock salt on any wounds inflicted from trying to tame essentially wild horses. They'd get tough skin from rock salt. Pickle brine could work just the same but the rock salt has a better exfoliation effect to toughen the layers below dead skin. Roll around in rock salt, its readily available at your nearest hardware store. If that doesn't work, good to know.

Henry Cooper was stopped on cuts after he knocked "Cassius Clay" on his butt with a beautiful left hook. Before the rematch ole 'enery soaked his face in pickle brine to toughen his skin. He was stopped on cuts again.

Will that help you?

Pickle brine? Like pickle juice? Hmmm, I'm not sure if any of the Mistresses here would like a pickled bottom! I, for one, enjoy tender ones - they make a much more satisfying sound!

A side note on pickle juice - there is a bar that has a special - a shot of whiskey followed by a shot of pickle juice. I'm not sure how that helps the menfolk pick up women...

Ray,

I just realized that if you were to toughen up your skin then you wouldn't be as prone to damage, which would be bad since then it would take a lovely Mistress twice the effort and twice the punishment to hurt you  ! Also, just because the skin is toughened doesn't mean the nerves are. This is one of those cases where something that seems beneficial is actually not beneficial one bit.

Ray,

Don't be a wuss! Have the fun, or even more, of taking a beating is to feel the burning and watch how happy you make Mistress feel. Also, if you stick with it long enough the pain tranforms to pure ecstasy. Stay away from the pickle brine, it smells and it won't get you any closer to nirvana.

Monokuro;

I imagine rock salt would work as well as anything. Probably would be a slow breaking-in period being the glutes are very fleshy. I remember in my karate days I used to thrust my fingers into containers of gravel and lead shot. These techniques and daily punching a makiwara board made my hands like rocks.

Pickle brine is just salt water. Add a little dill seed and garlic and you'll smell like a Kosher dill pickle. Salt will dehydrate dead skin and make it tougher, this is perfect if you are developing callouses in your nether regions it may just toughen them up a bit!

Magdiver:

You're right about the brine. Hmmmm! Salt water, dill seed, garlic, and a Rabbi to bless me...could be the start of a new fad.

Clay saved by the bell and revived illegally by Angelo Dundee with an unknown substance. Similar tactic used by Aaron Pryor's corner in the Arguello fight except Pryor consumed the substance.

Did the second Cooper fight go longer?

Mistress Choi:

Never thought that a "tougher" bottom would affect the acoustics of the room. Maybe I should stay tender.

Whip,

You dare call me a wuss? I'm shocked! Actually I'm more of a semi-wuss. I've been reading on the Forum of someone taking 100 plus strokes with a cane from Mistress Kang in one minute, and others taking hundreds during a session. I wouldn't actually use pickle brine or roll in rock salt, but I am curious as how to increase my tolerance and endurance for accepting pain. When I Was younger I pushed pain limits in karate, weight lifting, and running, but after 3 strokes on the calves from Mistress Zhao's cane I was ready to confess to the JFK assassination (never been hit on the calves before). I'm interested in any techniques, physical and/or mental that will allow me to accept more punishment. Any suggestions?

Ray,

For me the most effective way to increase pain tolerance is time and devotion. I've learned that being particularly devoted to a Mistress and playing with for a long period of time is the best path to greater tolerance for pain. I'm not sure it would work for everyone but it did amazing things for me. Also, I try to focus on how happy I'm making Mistress by offering my flesh. I can't say that I have any special secrets but it helps to relax and realize that you are safe and in good hands even if your flesh is burning for the moment.

Ray

Ray: The first fight had Angelo Dundee cutting Clay's glove so he could have an extra 2 minutes between rounds while a new pair was laced on. The left hook from Cooper was devastating and he needed time to clear his head. The fight was stopped in the 5th round. The second fight was a title fight, Clay became Ali and it lasted one more round before it was stopped on cuts.

Panama Lewis was the one who gave Aaron Pryor a special drink after Arguello clocked him before the end of the round. Then Pryor knocked out Arguello in the following round. He was the one who removed the padding from Luis Resto's gloves in the fight with Billy Collins, Jr. Collins later drove off a cliff in a suspected suicide as a result of the career ending beating he took in that fight.

Ray,

When you spend as much time as I do with bottoms, you'd learn to appreciate the differences between the sounds different strokes and implements make - also the texture and firmness of the...drums. :-)

IMistress Choi,

I understand your appreciation for the sounds implements make on the "drums". I myself appreciate the sound of a wooden paddle as the "crack" echoes throughout the room, or the "swoosh" of a cane right before the sting. Is there a difference in sound when you paddle or cane a furry bottom like mine or a hairless one? Do you have a preference?

Also as a switch, which gives you a bigger rush. Waiting to receive your first swat?...or making your sub wait for his?
