I guess seeing him in the chair was just too tempting for her and her broken heart that she removed all his teeth after heavily sedating him. I don't condone what she did, as I'm not one for revenge. I believe the universe has its own way of taking care of things but I did find this amusing. My favorite part is how his new girlfriend dumped his ass for having no teeth now LOL. Poor guy, I'd love to pimp him out, boasting his killer gum job abilities, might as well find some use for him. What is your take on revenge? But it should only be used judiciously and cleverly. Though this example was clever, It didn't fit the crime...if dumping someone can actually be described as a crime. She would have done better to have 'accidentally' run into the new couple and dropped a comment along the lines of 'glad you got him, I'm dying to see if he treats you as bad as he did me'. Who knows what he did besides break up with her, but I don't know if it warranted that. It could have been worse, he could have been with Lorraina Bobbit . As far as revenge goes for me, I'm no passivist but I think seeking revenge can hurt me more then the intended victim. The negativity and hate hurt you more then you think and if you feed into it can literally make you sick. It's like taking poison and expecting the other person to die. That being said I'm human and if I'm wronged all that spiritual shit could go out the window and I'm going to be seeking my pound of flesh. Revenge role play could be interesting. I don't think what she did was worth it for her to go to jail & have her life ruined - she probably would have met someone in no time that would have made her forget about him - Here's something that makes me wonder - don't dentists usually have an assistant with them - in the old days I remember dentists are usually by themselves but today there's usually an assistant with them - did she tell her assistant to take the day off - or maybe they came in during hours that the office is usually closed - maybe she was planning it as soon as he asked her. Johnny00000000 Posted May 4, 2012 Report Share Posted May 4, 2012 From my own personal experience, I find that prevention is the best medicine & even though it's impossible to do this 100%, whenever possible, it's best to never allow yourself to be in a situation where someone can take advantage of you, unless you have no choice - this way, you will rarely have to decide if you should get revenge or not - unfortunately, it took me years to learn this - if I only knew this 25 years ago - it's a depressing fact of life that no matter how close someone is to you, even if it's a best friend or family, even if they were loyal to you for decades, at any time they can stab you in the back, & many times the reason for people doing it is simply because they can & they think that the rules don't apply to them - the second you unnecessarily put yourself in a situation where, if the other person decided to turn on you, they can really destroy your life & do damage that you wouldn't be able to walk away from, it's like playing russian roulette with everything you've worked hard for to get where you are today. We really don't know all of the details of their situation to know whether or not this guy truly deserved this - she may have been the monster in this relationship or he may be a prick - either way, he could have prevented this - unless he lives in Bumfuck Poland where his ex girlfriend is the only dentist in the whole city or village, he made a really stupid choice.
