How far in advance is it advisable to apply for a session? There's a good chance I'll be in New York later this year. Obviously it's too early now, but if I wait until I arrive to attempt to make a booking I might not be able to schedule a session.

You can book up to one month in advance. That's more than enough time to ensure your session can fit your schedule. I'd say a week or two is always a safe bet

I'm an English Caucasian currently residing in England. I must confess I'm quite curious as to why you chose this for your first question...

My fantasies? Bearing in mind that fantasies don't have to meet the same safety standards as reality:

 

Fear. Helplessness. Objectification. Vulnerability. Merciless degradation and torture. Being totally restrained and used by a Domina for her amusement and entertainment, a Goddess who laughs and ignores my pleas for mercy when things get too painful or degrading, or even forcing me to beg for things she knows I absolutely don't want at all ("Please castrate me and force feed me your divine excrement!") A Domina who would consider complete bondage to mean no limits or safe word! A Mistress who wishes to sniff out my personality and extinguish my ego by breaking me down emotionally, mentally and physically, hollowing out my soul with the ultimate goal of transforming me in to a flesh automaton to exist only as an extension of her will, a living utility with neither name nor identity existing only to serve her needs and whims.

I'm not quite sure how this question differs from question 2. Lots of ass worship/face-sitting/smothering. Restrictive bondage. Being reduced to a sub-human object (Ash-tray, spittoon etc..., maybe toilet, but I've never tried this in reality). Lots of ass worship/face-sitting/smothering. Verbal and physical humiliation and abuse . Ball-busting/CBT is probably the single act that makes me feel most vulnerable. Foot Worship/Trampling.

Regarding being submissive/slave/servant/bottom, it would depend on what definitions you're using:

 

Slave seems to be most often defined as no escape, no limits, no safe word, total obedience; While I certainly have fantasies about this, I don't know if I could live up to the reality with a Mistress I'd only just met. And also I'd be afraid of disappointing her if I asked to enter into this kind of session.

 

Servant as defined as one who serves certainly appeals to me, but I'm not going to be in New York enough build up that kind of relationship; you wouldn't trust a stranger to clean your home, do your laundry, buy your groceries, pick up your dry cleaning or chauffeur you around, so really in what capacity could I serve? Clean up the dungeon afterwards maybe?

 

Realistically for your purposes I would have to say at this point I'm at most somewhere between bottom and submissive.

I do understand Mistress Kang, I imagine the administrative factors of running a dungeon alone must be quite time consuming (I was incredibly impressed with the degree of thought you've put into your business model, as described in your Pandemos interview), and it is of course a woman's prerogative to make a man wait:

I don't have a specific favourite scenario/script that I return to, only recurring and ever expanding list of themes and activities (Mostly covered above), I tend to fantasize about variety of different scenarios.
