I would love it if there was a Jury of strictly Dommes only. Not only do we decide your fate, we decide your punishment AND we get to administer it. That's what I call eliminating the middle man. It would be endless fun rotating the mistresses through the various roles. Maybe even hide them behind masks so you do not know who played which role until the very end. The courtroom scenario opens up a wide range of possibilities and can involve any number of parties, which can make for one Hell of a verdict and punishment handed down on the poor unfortunate who may or may not be guilty, since the punishment being inflicted for crimes which may or may not have been committed is paramount. Lately I have been liking a cheating spouse scenario which involves being married to Mistress Koi (who in their right mind would ever cheat on Her), but none the less, cheating on Her with Mistress Choi (which is probably why I am liking this so much). Mistress Koi comes home early from a fun day of punishment only to find me in bed with Mistress Choi who at this point in time does not know that I am presently married and becomes furious, at which time both Women inflict revenge on me in the form of a whole lot of pain in order to teach me a valuable lesson about women scorned. If would be bad to release someone guilty back no the streets, you know? I imagine a scenario where my 5th Amendment right against self-incrimination is revoked. I'm forced to take the bench and be examined cross-examinded. The questions would be rather humiliating (especially in front of the jury), highlighting the porn I have watched, my unruly lack of abstinence, what I have done while watching it etc. All the shock and dismay of the jury. At times, I might even wonder if my own attorney is on my side, even though she assures me that I should relax and that she knows what she's doing and has my bests interests in mind. Of course the trial attorneys would use the utmost professionalism while necessarily having to use certain vulgar language (despite their delicate nature) to describe me to the jury or when referring to me, as these would unfortunately be the most appropriate terms to use. I would be expected to answer questions clearly and succinctly to the court's satisfaction or risk prompt CBT, spitting and face slapping consequences. My testimony may possibly be discredited simply because I'm a male. Additionally, judge, counselors, jury and even the court reporter, might read into the facts and come to their own conclusion. Of course, once the jury decides and the judge makes her decision, the benevolent court will still allow me to appeal to a higher authority... perhaps Ms Kang's Supreme Court? There's always a chance that she might side with me. However, the down side is that if she upholds the lower court's ruling, she might also impose a harsher sentence merely for elevating it to her level. Thoughts? Quote
