deanroberts
I'm surprised so many people didn't like it. Personally, I find suspense and the paranormal much scarier than an ax wielding murderer... They are different experiences, and both have merit -- one is like making love. The other is like a quick fuck with a stranger. Unfortunately, I felt Paranormal Activity was more like bad sex -- not much happens, and you know the ending before it even started. deanroberts
FYI. Chanwook Park's brilliant vampire film, THIRST, comes out on DVD (no Blu-Ray yet) this coming Tuesday. A must for fans, genre geeks, art-house snobs, and movie lovers in general.

Personally, I find suspense and the paranormal much scarier than an ax wielding murderer... Dear Seung: Having experienced both in previous lives, believe me, the latter is worse. spockme
Dear Mistress Sueng, I agree with you . Especially if you have had paranormal events yourself. It is important to understand that evil spirits do try to take over peoples spirits ,such as the movie portrayed or influence events in your life. I would like to talk to you further about this . Spockme
Mistress Mina Jung
I find suspense and the paranormal much scarier than an ax wielding murderer I'm with you Seung. If you were being chased by an axe murdered, duh, the obvious thoughts are going through your head like run...escape...complete terror. Paranormal activities will mess with your head and tap into your psyche and just hang out there freaking you out. You will start doubting yourself and your sanity. With that being said, I haven't seen the movie :?
Guest
Exactly! It would freak me out more to think I was losing my mind than have some crazy nut chasing me
