Recently, I've also incorporated pilates and running into my routine. A great routine keeps us strong in not just our bodies and minds, but in our will.. I've started working out a bit more since my first session. I want to be ready for stricter bondage next time and I hope it will please the FF ladies. My personal routine changes because its important to surprise your body if you want the best results. I tend to rotate between kick boxing, pilates, yoga, spin, and TRX. I always add a warm up run, squats, and push ups on my daily workouts. To be honest, you don't have to de much to stay in shape- its mostly diet anyways.
