Wow, the ladies at Fortress are fit! I am amazed that all you are in amazing shape. Can you describe your fitness routines?

 

It would be an interesting session to have the ladies at the fortress be your personal trainer, I'm sure we would be very sore, lol.

I have always loved yoga and spinning. Recently, I've also incorporated pilates and running into my routine.

 

A great routine keeps us strong in not just our bodies and minds, but in our will..

I've just started muay thai...the sensei loves pairing me up against guys almost a hundred pounds heavier than me, since that way I don't feel any need to hold back. ;)

 

That's a nice transferable skill for your new job ;)

Hahah! I absolutely LOVE this thread. I put in an hour of squats and core work almost every day, but I'm getting all sorts of ideas now. My sister mistresses are so damn clever.

 

You might be popular for sweaty post workout sessions.

Personally, I love getting a good leg workout by putting boys into scissor holds and headlocks. Great on the glutes too! And if all else fails? There's always good ol' fetish fitness to keep us fit. ;)

 

Ooh I'm bummed I didn't read this before my session with you, Mistress Koi!

 

I've started working out a bit more since my first session. I want to be ready for stricter bondage next time :) and I hope it will please the FF ladies. (So in my case, Mistress Fei, I'm aiming to be stronger in my body and mind, and in my will ... to submit!)

Sorry for the late in the game response.

 

My personal routine changes because its important to surprise your body if you want the best results. I tend to rotate between kick boxing, pilates, yoga, spin, and TRX. I always add a warm up run, squats, and push ups on my daily workouts. To be honest, you don't have to de much to stay in shape- its mostly diet anyways.

 

In session, it fun to do fantasy wresting as well as boxing and of course "Gym Perv" scenarios. I have a killer leg hold!
