Mistress Kang
Rewatched Heathers for the umpteenth time for who knows why (grammar?). There was a sliver of a scene that I missed all those other times not sure if there was meant to be a connection but there was in my memory. The scene when Veronica stops Heather (the yellow one, "Tweety") from OD on a bottle full of pills- Veronica stomps on the pills in the bathroom floor which instantly unlocked the image of the infamous 80s "Cigarette Mash" commercial. Anyone else have generational imagery locked away in their head to share via YouTube? PS- Now I need a monocle. PPS- And a Big Fun tee-shirt. Mistress Kang
What about a Freddie says relax shirt ? Different generation, but Google is my friend ;-) What I find fascinating is the feelings or lack of towards iconic imagery and merch. Guest dominanceemporer579
Does the song "1985" bring back memories?
JustAGuy
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yhFE4oxig04 I remember the opening theme from Alf. I remember the Saturday-morning Alf cartoon. I remember when a friend of mine skipped school because Alf was going to be on the Hollywood Squares and he HAD to watch it. I remember the gag on the Simpsons where Milhouse told Bart that "Alf is back, in Pog form!" But I don't remember a single episode of the actual show.
